With today’s performance in Busan, all the Death Note performances (for this season) have come to an end. Last year’s Death Note, brought back after a long time, received so much love, and because of that love we were able to meet the audience again this year.

Above all, it was your love that made it possible for me to be on stage as L to this day. From the very beginning of Death Note 8 years ago, to the rerun, to last year… I was happy to be with you as L until this moment this year.

And I just want to say thank you to the audience for giving me so much love. I don’t know when Death Note will come back, but I hope this legend continues, and as an actor who supports the show I now say goodbye. I love you.
